Terms of cooperation
Innocom is an IT company and system integrator in Tbilisi, Georgia. We do not sell equipment in retail and do not accept one-time visits without understanding the task. Each project is built on an agreement, a technical task, and a zone of responsibility fixed by both parties.
How to get started: Process and deadlines?
No long-term commitment. Standard path from request to start of work:
We accept the request on the day of the request. We arrange a meeting or task clarification within 1-2 days. We prepare a commercial offer in 2-5 working days, depending on the scope. After signing the contract and paying the advance, the work begins immediately.
Implementation timelines depend on the scale.
Small project. Cable system installation or office basic network for up to 20-30 people takes 3-7 working days.
A complex project, such as a turnkey server room, 2-4 weeks.
Specific deadlines are fixed in the contract.
Warranty for works and equipment
All completed work, installation, configuration, and integration are covered by a 12-month warranty. This is our responsibility: the quality of implementation and the conformity of the result to the agreed project.
The warranty on the device is established by the manufacturer and depends on the brand and class of the device.
If something goes wrong, the client turns to us, regardless of the reason. Innocom performs diagnostics, arranges repairs or replacements, and communicates with the supplier.
There is no need to deal with multiple contractors — there is one point of contact.
Support and response time
After the project is completed, it is possible to connect technical support and infrastructure monitoring. This is a separate service with fixed terms.
Basic level: consultations, incident diagnostics. Advanced packages: regular monitoring, proactive problem detection, prioritized handling of requests.
According to the SLA, the standard response time is 4-8 hours during business hours. For critical objects, we set individual conditions: 4 hours, 8 hours, or the next business day. The support format depends on the package: ticket system or dedicated engineer. Everything is fixed in the contract before the start.
Payment
We work with individual commercial offers.
There is no price list, as the cost depends on the volume, equipment, and specific project conditions. Online payment through the site is not provided: Innocom operates in a B2B contract format and not in retail sales.
Standard scheme: 30-50% advance payment before the start of work, the balance after completion and acceptance. For large projects, phased payment is possible according to milestones.
The main payment format is bank transfer.
Settlement in US dollars and euros is possible by agreement.
We work with legal entities from Georgia and other countries: European Union, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and others. If your project requires non-standard payment terms, we will consider this during the proposal preparation stage.
